After a day filled with exhilarating outdoor sports, we savored the restaurant’s exceptional trout dishes, sourced fresh from their on-site vivarium. Every detail—from the tranquil landscape that embraced us to the genuine smiles of the staff—transformed our stay into an unforgettable escape. I highly recommend Hotel du Chamois for those seeking a touch of serenity paired with culinary delights in a magnificent Swiss setting.
